White Mantis Consultants is striving to challenge the manner with which the pest management industry trains their employees and develop new and innovative content to assist in creating effective and efficient methods to improve the consistency of service delivery. By combining accurate and technically sound content with different delivery methods that resonate with staff of all ages, the goal is to improve service efficiency, increase profit and improve customer satisfaction scores. Content will be delivered an assortment of ways including powerpoint presentations, recorded presentations (30 minutes or less), 3-5 minutes training videos, quick-reference documents for field use that will be personalized by company, as well as other training delivery methods. Training material is available on most pests serviced by the pest control industry that includes: cockroaches, ants, bed bugs, stored product pests, occasional invaders, clothing moths, stinging insects and many others! The training material mentioned above can be delivered virtually or as a package of material that can be used as-needed by a pest management firm.

Rather in-person training at your offices? Live training is also available upon request and can include classroom training as well as field demonstration, field training and QA ride-alongs!

Over the past 15 years in the pest management industry, Jeffrey White has spoken to hundreds of audiences all over the world. In addition to speaking to the pest management industry, White Mantis has also spoke to hotel associations, rental property groups, dry cleaners and many others. Both virtual and in-person speaking engagements are welcome!
